Yes. There’s no charge for the in-home measure, no design fee and no deposit required to receive a quote. If you decide not to go ahead, that’s the end of it.

Usually within one week of your enquiry. The appointment itself takes about 20 to 60 minutes depending on how many rooms are involved, and your quote normally follows within two days.

We don’t have a public showroom. Instead, we bring relevant samples and finish options to you during your free measure and quote, so you can view them in your own space and lighting.

Roughly, yes. Send a few photos and the rough width and height of the opening and we’ll give you a ballpark over the phone or by email, which is often enough to know whether the project is worth pursuing.

The written quote always follows an in-home measure though. Openings are rarely square, and the gap between the widest and narrowest measurement is what determines how the wardrobe has to be built – that’s not something a photo shows.

No. We design, make and install wardrobes rather than servicing them, so we don’t take small repair jobs like replacing rollers, adjusting doors or fixing a sagging rail on someone else’s wardrobe.

Wardrobes we installed ourselves are different – those are covered by our 10-year warranty on workmanship and components, and we come back and deal with them. If the wardrobe itself is sound and it’s the doors that have had it, replacing the doors is something we do – see wardrobe doors.
